I had been looking for a car for awhile and when my sister and I walked into Elliott Bay we were greeted warmly and treated with respect. Ryan Brown answered all our questions honestly and we both felt he was straight forward with information and very knowledgeable, even giving us the full car fax on the car I was looking at before I even made an offer. I never felt pressured to buy. We also really enjoyed working with Ronnie in finance. He put me at ease and gave me fair and honest offers when it came to add ons, without pressuring me. The whole process was enjoyable and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More

When we went to look at the vehicle they couldn’t unlock it due to a dead battery. The emergency key was not cut. The next day I followed up with the dealership multiple times to see if the problem was r it due to a dead battery. The emergency key was not cut. The next day I followed up with the dealership multiple times to see if the problem was resolved. I feel like they should have contacted me letting me know the vehicle was in service and again when they resolved the issue. The vehicle was in good condition except for the battery, check engine light and replacement key which was definitely not OEM. I agreed to purchase the vehicle if the issues were resolved- they fixed the battery- most likely charging it and not replacing it as they stated. They took the vehicle to a dealership to reset check engine light but failed to cut the emergency key as promised. I had to take care of that myself. They also stated that the oil was recently changed by them but I don’t believe that was true as it was at 80% of its life. During the purchasing of the vehicle it was mentioned that there was another person who was interested in buying the vehicle- I felt that was to put pressure on me to buy the vehicle which I felt was shady. The vehicle had a tracking system installed by them and they felt I needed to buy the tracking system $695.00- again this felt shady. I don’t think they removed the tracking system which I was told was illegal (not sure) - either way still felt shady. The vehicle was what I was looking for so I overlooked the other issues. I’ve never purchased a vehicle from a third party dealership and probably won’t do that again. More

My experience with Elliott Bay was very good.
