Have a lot of doubts So I bought my new car on Sat. Nov 25th. All went well and Ryan was really good about helping me. It was very clearly pointed out to me to use the dea So I bought my new car on Sat. Nov 25th. All went well and Ryan was really good about helping me. It was very clearly pointed out to me to use the dealership for service. So some how/some way, I popped my tire on Dec 2nd. I made an apt online for 7am mon to get the car in. Needless to say, that experience was awful!! I show up at 7am and after a few mins, they really can't tell me how/why I popped my tire but said they had to wait until 7:30am for techs to come in and look at. So that was fine and I asked for a loaner car. The person told me that I can't get a loaner car and that I should just drive my car around with a donut on and they will call when they knew more. I refused this and explained you can't drive more then 50 mph on a donut and I work on the other side of Forest Lake. I also reminded them that I was told one wk earlier I would get a loaner car when I came in. The guy that morning tells me I need to make a reservation for one which I did not see that option on the app when booking my apt. Needless to say, after he "talking to someone", there magically was a loaner car for me. I then asked if I could come back at the end of the day to pick up my car. The guy then told me that he didn't think my car would be done. I pointed out to him this is just a flat tire, I can go to any shop and get a tire fixed in day, heck an hr and how in the world can the dealership not get it done. He again kept telling me that he couldn't do anything tell the techs came in. So I left. I got a call when I an few hrs saying I had to buy a new tire. Ok..I will deal with that. Then he tells me I have to align my car. This was a back rear tire with 800 miles so needless to say that didn't sound right. I told him I wasn't paying for that and why didn't any of my warranties pick this up? I told him to double check this and call me back. In the meantime I talked to my old auto mechanic and others and everyone thought that was not needed and to no do it. Well by the time I got a call back, he told me they did and you all were covering it. Also, to note, during this time I reached out to my salesman Ryan Brown and left 2 Vms. I never got a callback. I wanted to explain to him my frustration with all of this. I also wanted to ask that I forfeit my 2 free oil changes and just put this towards the cost of the tire b/c honestly after this experience, I have zero desire to ever work with your service center again. The person who I worked with in the auto center I felt was rude, cold and didn't really care what I had to say. I didn't hit anything like he continued to accuse me of so I not even happy I had to pay for a new tire but I needed a car to drive so I did. I think it is awful that the sales person who is also a manger never returns my calls yet did leave a VM for me today, Thurs Dec 7, 4 days later. Prior to this, I would have told anyone to come buy a car from you all however after this, I have many doubts/reservations. I for sure will never use your auto center unless I am forced too. I think the customer care/experience was awful. I do not think I should have ever had to pay for a new tire and it should have been taken care of. I am appalled that a manager doesn't return calls for 4 days. Needless to say, I am not impressed at all. More
