I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago with Ryan to test drive a used vehicle I saw on the website. Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He followed up with me a couple of days later regarding my interest. I was not ready to commit. One, the price was a little over my budget. Second, I felt the vehicle was somewhat misrepresented. The mileage on the website was listed at 14,201 but when I arrived to test drive, the car had just over 17,000 miles. That's a big difference. Ryan also told me the car was a loaner but the difference in miles just didn't seem to add up. Also, the vehicle had personal property that belonged to a staff member, so my impression was that the vehicle was being driven more for personal use. I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle, hoping we could come to agreement on price, but I was emphatically told no by the sales manager. I thought Ryan might follow up again but I didn't hear from him. So, I will just keep looking for the right vehicle. More

I’ve never met Kevin but had the experience of speaking to him over the phone. It was a very unpleasant experience that has turned me against the dealership.
