Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership ever! Went to buy vehicle for my daughter who was with me. Then said vehicle sold already, after they said available. Respect for women buyers, no pressure, good deal I first looked at a used (demo) Subaru Ascent. Jim Carpenter was knowledgeable but laid back and let me test drive it by running an errand in the ca I first looked at a used (demo) Subaru Ascent. Jim Carpenter was knowledgeable but laid back and let me test drive it by running an errand in the car. When I came back asking if they had any others with the features I wanted and he suggested I would be better off with a new one...which I ordered the next day. No pressure, no haggling, and just exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. They even arranged to have the cream colored leather trim on the dashboard dyed to match the rest of the black dash. I have left dealerships in the past when I felt like I would have gotten better service if I had been a man. No problems at Webster Groves Subaru! More
