Drew was awesome, we set up a time for a test drive and meet us at the car on the lot. He was Very knowledgeable about the car that we were looking at. Overall, it was a nice experience, we've reserved a car while it was still in transit. Once the car was on the lot, we scheduled a meeting with Todd, did a test drive, did all the paperwork, appraised our while it was still in transit. Then we just came back on the next with the check and wrapped up the purchase. The only negative was that we were not informed on the first day that they can do the anti-rust coating for the frame (something we were interested in) - we've only learned about that on the next day when we were picking up the car, so we had to wait an extra hour for the coating to be applied. The service was however performed promptly, so I'm keeping my overall 5 star rating. More

I felt like they listened good and weren’t overly pushy. I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I didn’t care who helped me, just wanted t I didn’t like that I had to wait 15+ minutes for my scheduled appointment and had wished I just walked in. I didn’t care who helped me, just wanted to avoid waiting around. Workers were nice. The communication after needs help. I wasn’t quite sure what was expected. Nobody said where to go when I brought my car back or what time. There were no confirmations or reminders of the appointment after I had left. Overall it was a good experience, just wish communication was better. More
