He went way out of his way to help us make our purchase decision, making himself available to us after office hours and on his days off. His knowledge of Honda vehicles, as well as those of Honda's competitors is simply amazing. Once we decided on the Accord, he went to great lengths to find us a car that had the options and exterior/interior colors we wanted. When our new car arrived on the Casey Honda lot, he spent a lot of time teaching us how to operate all the "new technology" that's in today's vehicles. He even preset desired radio channels for us, and electronically connected our Smartphones to the Accord's mobile phone capability. I might add that Ryan worked hard to get us the price we were willing to pay. Further, we never felt "pushed" to make a purchase. Following that initial drive we made several return trips to Casey Honda as well as numerous other dealerships in the area and out-of state. We had a number in mind that we did not want to exceed. Upon exiting one meeting with Ryan without a deal, he ensured us that he would keep working to try and get us in the car that we wanted at the price we could afford. Ryan kept in contact with us for the next several weeks. Not the daily badgering emails or phone calls that some dealers use, but just occasionally dropping a line to let us know he was still looking for us. Eventually, the stars aligned, and we were able to drive off the lot with our new Pilot. We are so appreciative for the experience Ryan provided us as first time new-car buyers and would recommend him without hesitation. More
