These people will play a dirty trick on you! I offered them a good cash deal on a certified used jeep they had for my son and after all the hard times, mind games, difficult experiences, and unp I offered them a good cash deal on a certified used jeep they had for my son and after all the hard times, mind games, difficult experiences, and unprofessional negotiations... I came to a verbal agreement with one of the salesmen who called me accepting my offer. I moved my family and business schedules around, called my insurance to insure the jeep, and planned everything to make a 2+ hour trip... and at the last minute they sent a text apologizing that the dealership owner wouldn't accept my offer which I found very strange and unprofessional because they were the ones who called me to accept my offer. I recommend that the first time you see that they want to play with the negotiation, you run away and let that car go. Do your business with truly professional people. NOTE: I don't want an apology from anyone at this dealership, learn to be professional, there is the internet and bad reviews from real people are forever. More

How do you Con Artists? Wallace!! Bait and switch to get us in. Than Mr. Boston Manager lies to us over Nd over. 8 hours of torture. Lied to wife that the truck had fro Wallace!! Bait and switch to get us in. Than Mr. Boston Manager lies to us over Nd over. 8 hours of torture. Lied to wife that the truck had front / back sensors. When they prepped the truck they swapped out the never used floor matts for used ones. They refuse to talk and acknowledge thse issues. What a joyous planned spend turned into a horrible day. Wallace is bad, karma will come your way. Run away, dont drive. More

Hello, We went to Wallace Chrysler to buy out our lease from Michigan since we are in Florida for a few months. Lisa Russell, Sabrina, Aida and Jordan did amazing job. I worked for Chrysler HQ in Det lease from Michigan since we are in Florida for a few months. Lisa Russell, Sabrina, Aida and Jordan did amazing job. I brought my truck in for my scheduled service oil change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise u change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise under the hood. After I got home and opened up the hood to see what the noise was I realized I was missing my oil cap. Tried calling the service manager who was working Saturday all week with no response and I left several voicemails for him to call me back. Finally had to call the dealer directly to get a response which the head service manager said that "it happens sometimes" " the cap isn't put on all the way the pressure from the engine can make it come off".... Really????? xxx!!!! It was a basic oil change.... If I didn't pay extra money for the service plan there I would never go back and let them touch my truck!!! More

Will never go back to Wallace again. My Jeep was jerking and actually stalled on me at a light so I brought it into them. They said no codes came up and that I needed new motor mounts, My Jeep was jerking and actually stalled on me at a light so I brought it into them. They said no codes came up and that I needed new motor mounts, spark plugs/ tune up and pcv valve. I had the platinum warranty but none of this work was covered so I spent 1500 and change on this work. Not even two weeks later, I’m leaving work and my car stalls again moving for a bit and then stopping. I had my car towed back into the shop and they told me the code came up for the crankshaft position sensor, I explained that I had just spent a good amount on my car for which they claimed should have resolved the issue. I was told if it was the same issue I shouldn’t have to pay. This was the same issue and when speaking to my advisor I asked for a discount .. they took ten dollars off I asked for at least a free oil change which I was told they would do and still wound up paying for that. When I asked to speak to the manager of service at the cash out window, I explained my history with them and how I would have really expected more than a ten dollar discount - he told me that the original number was more then the advisor had told me most likely and he told me and he must have figured out the discount for labor and the part before telling me the price. I asked if there was something he could do and he said no it’s already set. So I l spent the 350. You would think after spending all that money on parts that did not solve my issue at all, they would have done at least something a bit more for me. I hope the sensor is the fix I needed. Regardless, I will not be doing business with this location again. More

Zero Stars…I would have rated less if I could…We have purchased a car form Wallace and went to Wallace for all of our service needs…Our Service Advisor retired and since then everything has gone to ****. purchased a car form Wallace and went to Wallace for all of our service needs…Our Service Advisor retired and since then everything has gone to ****. This morning my 4Wheel Drive Service Light was blinking and since we are leaving on a cross country trip in a week towing my Jeep I went into Wallace immediately to see if they could look at it. NOPE we’re too busy was the answer…try other dealerships…this was the answer given to a twenty year loyal customer…so I called Arrigo in Fort Pierce 45 minutes away and even though they don’t know me they told me to bring it in…I will never buy from Wallace or service my vehicle there again and I advise you to do the same. If you really need them they are not there for you. More
