Am disappointed that when I went to pay for oil change and tire rotation, that if I used my credit card I would be charged a 3% fee. Come on now. You got 93.00 from me. We’ve also complained about a noise twice, coming from the bumper area and the previous service person couldn’t figure what it was but when we talked with Russel he told us it was the muffler that Kia installs on the Seltos. I guess from our discussion with him we are not the only one having this problem. Cheap part I guess, because our previous Sportage and Sorento didn’t have this issue. More

I have never been more disappointed. Purchased my vehicle on 9 Sep, after an accident and totaling my 2013 Kia Optima. I have made one personal visit and three phone calls. My initial visit was on 9/15, was told by the tech 'he' would get the issue resolved. Here I am over a month later and 3 additional calls and nothing. My last call was to go to the service manager. Apparently neither he/she had time and are just as complacent as his/her team. Have a full warranty, as well as an extended. WTH happened to 'customer service'??? After COVID, it's been non-existent. Where did the old adage go that the customers comes first...Not at Gettel Kia of Bradenton. I will move on to another Kia dealer, I'm OK with driving to a dealership that takes care of their customers. Sunset here I come. I'm giving this a one star because 'I'm forced to', there would be no star rating it not for that. I'll add that I cannot rate an employee since I really had no interaction with any of them. So, they too will all get one stars but deserve none. Only takes one to mess it up for all. More
