Some how my appointment was set up at Toyota so I wasn’t on the book at Kia. Russell helped me out and got our car in that day. Our car was there for a recall and fix the drivers auto door lock. I was told that the parts were there 2 weeks before and unfortunately the part for the recall was not there. We left the car over night and Russell had the part overnighted. The customer service was great and we will definitely be back. More
