As I have stated many times in prior reviews. Russell Tambourine is the ONLY reason I visit your dealership and is the sole reason I will continue to do so. As a side, I currently own two Kias, a Russell Tambourine is the ONLY reason I visit your dealership and is the sole reason I will continue to do so. As a side, I currently own two Kias, a 2020 Stinger and a 2024 K-5. Unfortunately, Gettel Kia of Bradenton did not have either in stock when I purchased, which was completely understandable given the supply chain issues from 2020 - 2022. With that said when I am ready to purchase my nest KIA, (I have owned seven thus far beginning in 2015) But, to be candid, the ONLY reason that I will seek my next purchase from Gettel Kia of Bradenton as in the past, is because of the service, specifically CUSTOMER SERVICE, vehicle knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, accommodations of my needs, (I could go on until there are no more adjectives remaining in the English language, but I'll save them for future reviews), that RUSSELL provides. He is complete professional who knows my vehicle like I know the alphabet and most importantly, he knows me. He definitely KNOWS HIS CUSTOMERS, which is so vitally important in a service driven business model. In short, I TRUST Russell COMPLETELY to provide the correct diagnosis and a thoroughly explained prognosis. His diagnosis is always accurate including the material nature or immediate need of the recommended service and if anything beyond my request is warranted, he has never attempted or come close to "over selling). In short Associates such as Russell are treasures rarely found and and should be rewarded in kind. And since I am certain I am not the only customer who shares this opinion, Russell is definitely one of those "it factor" Associates that definitely not only earns his salary, but earns the dealership loyally consumers, such as myself. Russel met me immediately and quickly took care of check in. The approximate wait time was spot-on and I was kept informed. The completion paperwork was handled efficiently and swiftly.
