Every person in the service department is approachable and easy to speak to. They are friendly and willing to help anybody at any time. He treats us like family every time we need to come in for any service needs. Honesty when it comes to pricing and time estimates. I appreciate how he check ins before and after the appointments. His attentiveness and professionalism while dealing with a full house of customers is pretty xxxx impressive!! GREAT customer service is far and few between these days, you might get a good one. But not a great. Russel definitely sets the bar high. I will continue taking our Kia there for maintenance and servicing based off the customer experience we have had with Russel this past year and a half. Cheers, Renfro Family More
