Untrustworthy, it is always something with this dealer. They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I thin They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I think they are removing parts from vehicles. They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More

Honestly, it was a nightmare buying my car from them. A nightmare. Would not ever recommend. Very pushy and makes you wait HOURS. I tried to leave and they kept being super pushy. The finance person would not listen when I repeatedly said no to gap insurance, and then he tried to manipulate me and say I was putting my mother in a bad spot if I didn’t and something went wrong. It was horrible and unprofessional. I’ve since realized my vehicle is uncomfortable to drive long distances, I’ve gone to several places to try and trade it in and they’ve said have ALL said that jim glover took advantage and put me in a situation when I’m at a deficit and they won’t be able to pay it off so I can trade. My car needed a new battery this week, and it was taken to get serviced. It took them over a day and a half to put a new battery in. When I went to drive away. All the emergency lights came back on. I left and took it to a trusted mechanic who said when they put the battery in; they didn’t clear any of the codes. I had to pay $85 dollars for my mechanic to check over it when Jim glover should have done that to begin with. Don’t not go here. If I could give back my car and cancel the loan I have for it now, and never deal with them again, I would. Absolutely nightmare. Do not recommend. More

JIM glover Chevrolet won't do what they promised and are paid to do. They sold me an extended warranty for 40,000 which should have been for 140,000 only ended up being 39,800 miles.
