I brought my 2018 Ford fiesta to service. I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they I have 100,000 mile warranty or seven years whichever comes first. Transmission was diagnosed as needs replaced. I have $100 deductible but now they are saying they have to tear the transmission apart to find out why it failed, and if they think it was my fault, I Have to give them over $1000 for them to put it back together, which is a matter of opinion . My warranty papers does not state anything like that. why would I want to damage my own car and not have nothing to drive. I hope Ford dealership makes the right decision and honor my warranty More

Russell made my car buying experience super easy! He took the stress out of finding the perfect vehicle for me and my three kids. When I met him, I explained my situation and what I was looking for and he br the stress out of finding the perfect vehicle for me and my three kids. When I met him, I explained my situation and what I was looking for and he brought up the most perfect fit for my family. Then when my kids were sick, he drew up the sales papers and had everything ready to go So I could sign from my car when I came back to the dealership.
