What an absolute joke of a dealership! My wife and I found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying it seeing that we were driving over 4 hours from Ohio. Received a call while on our way saying the vehicle sold the previous evening even though we were told it would be there since we had an appointment. We even called multiple times to make sure we had all the necessary documentation to complete the purchase. Generally when someone is driving 4 hours one way from a different state to look at a specific vehicle they are serious about buying. Obviously this dealership couldn't care less! More

Bought a new Kia Sorento back in March and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The red flags started almost immediately and we should have walked away but we liked the vehicle. worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. The first issue we had was after the test drive we went in and told them that we found one 1 hour away much cheaper so they almost immediately matched the price. Great right umm not so fast! So we said yeah we will take it then that's when the problems started the salesman came back after shaking hands on the deal and said that he couldn't do it and it would be $1100 more lol. After arguing we agreed to $550 more which was crazy but again we liked the car 😌. After all that we get home and realize that the price they actually charged us for the car was an additional $1000 on top of the $550 we did not catch it so shame on us but please be very cautious doing business with these guys they have no problem with cheating you out of your money. BTW this is first review I have ever written and it took me reading others that convinced me to write one. More

They had a car listed for 12k. When my 19 year old son showed up to buy it, they told him it was now 13,900. Not only that, it had been wrecked, looked like someone had vomited in it and there was a beepi showed up to buy it, they told him it was now 13,900. Not only that, it had been wrecked, looked like someone had vomited in it and there was a beeping sound that would go off. The young man that helped us said the manager was aware of it but they wouldn’t do anything about it. It was a promotional vehicle to get people in the door. They didn’t really care to sell it. When we talked to the manager he lied and said he was not aware of the accident or the beeping. That we weren’t even from around here and they were more interested in selling cars like this for people who would be using their service department. Seriously?!? Thank God I showed up. I am disgusted they would treat customers that way. I definitely wouldn’t trust your children or loved ones to purchase anything. I caught the manager in more than one lie. We found a great car at Tom Wood Nissan. They were so helpful. We got a nicer vehicle. Paid cash. Great transaction and service! Don’t trust Kia Napleton. More

I stopped to get my oil changed and tires rotated and I was in and out in 22 minutes!! I had some free popcorn and spoke with a couple of managers and their customer service was awesome! Terrible to deal with. Bought vehicle in Feb 2020 brought back in to check a noise and they wouldn't check it out cause said it would be under warranty. Brought to another dealership and they said t brought back in to check a noise and they wouldn't check it out cause said it would be under warranty. Brought to another dealership and they said this should have been fixed before selling car. Also failed to tell me until I did all paperwork that there was only one key. Place is a joke and would never recommend to anyone. Wish I could give less than a star More
