My wife and I returned to Autopark Honda this week, where she purchased a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L. It was our second visit, and once again we sought out Russ Mann....by design. Russ worked with us previously on a 2025 Honda Civic Sport, and his consistency is remarkable. He’s calm without being detached, attentive without pressure, and genuinely remembers his returning customers. That sense of care makes the process feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership.
