Tremendous experience! !! Our salesman, Russ, worked very hard to make sure we had the Camry we wanted at a fair price. To add even more to his hard work, he delivered the c !! Our salesman, Russ, worked very hard to make sure we had the Camry we wanted at a fair price. To add even more to his hard work, he delivered the car and all the paperwork needed to close the deal!!! Then, not finished yet, he went over all the features of our car, explaining everything to my wife and me! What a salesman!!! Gatorland Toyota can be proud to have a salesman like Russ. I wish I could buy another car just to see him work his magic! Thanks Gatorland for a wonderful experience!!! More

This was my first experience with the service department, I was in for a new car 5000-mile check. Overall I had excellent service, I can't give a five-star rating because, when I inquired about the time fram I was in for a new car 5000-mile check. Overall I had excellent service, I can't give a five-star rating because, when I inquired about the time frame I was told it would be about an hour I arrived at 8:45 for my 9 AM appointment and I was told my car service would take approximately one hour, it was not ready until around 11:05. When I asked if I would need to plan on being there that long for a normal oil change I was told no but it took longer this time bc they were running a system check. Also, I had asked if someone could help me reset my door locking to where my doors would stay locked when I turned off my ignition I was told yes they would reset it for me, which I discovered when I arrived home that was not taken care of. I called Shad and left a message to see if he could talk me through how to set my lock control, but he did not call me back, I called the next day and he walked me through it Shad was accommodating, and I will say everyone was very kind and the facility was very clean. The guys checking me in were super nice as well. More

What a great dealership. Brett is unique in service writers as he is so xxxx honest and tries to save the customer money. I cannot give this dealership a positive review until my request to cancel the Platinum Extended Warranty that I purchased a month ago when I purchased a new 2023 Rav 4 Hybrid is honored. The car is nice an request to cancel the Platinum Extended Warranty that I purchased a month ago when I purchased a new 2023 Rav 4 Hybrid is honored. The car is nice and the sales agent, Russ Chernitsyn, was very nice, The finance manager was a whole different matter. Mike was curt and very pushy. No explanation was given of the extended warranty, pros and cons, given that the car has a 3 year bumper ro bumper factory warranty, an 8 year hybrid battery warranty, a 5 year power train warranty. Thus I would be paying a hefty price now for a “10 year”warranty that would go into effect 3 years from now and would terminate 7 years later. I would call that a 7 year warranty, not a 10 year warranty. The nearly $3000 price could be earning 4% interest for each of those 3 years. But Mike pressured me into getting it, saying it would be very easy to just cancel it afterwards if I want. Well I am canceling it, but it hasn’t been easy given that Mike ignored all of my messages and phone calls until finally I insisted on speaking to a general manager. Now my request is being processed, but I understand it is going to take 6 weeks. Interesting that it only took 2 minutes to buy it, but a few weeks later, 6 weeks to cancel it. More
