Went for po302 code and all they did was reset the engine light and charged me 1800 dollar for replacing 6 spark plugs Four days later engine light came back on Took it back same code again They said I light and charged me 1800 dollar for replacing 6 spark plugs Four days later engine light came back on Took it back same code again They said I had a crack in overflow reservoir wanted 800 to fix that problem I said no Fix engine light All they did was reset it Four days later engine light came back on same code again This time said it was blown head gasket and wanted 5200 dollars to fix I said no Please fix engine light After looking into everything the dealer did nothing to begin with Since the first time I went they lied to me about fixing the engine code I had to take to a private garage to have them look at it Upon looking at it they found no spark plugs had been changed and no blown head gasket This dealer charged me for work but never did work I demanded a refund on money they told me no and called me a liar saying they did the work and I have proof from other garage they didn’t do work I would never recommend any Work or anybody in this dealer More

The salesman who sold us the 2018 Honda Pilot did not respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. The vehicle was not detailed as promised ( found trash in console from kid respond after making the sale to questions and concerns with the vehicle. The vehicle was not detailed as promised ( found trash in console from kids of previous owner) also had to wait several hours in day of purchase for detailing only to be told after 2 hour wait that they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day and we had to come back next day for pickup. Salesman also was not honest about fees- indicated extra fee was for protection package- once we looked at paperwork it indicated that we had in fact paid for Lockack system that we didn’t need or want. Asked salesman about getting additional keyfob we bought programmed by dealership and he said he would get back to us and never followed up. More
