From numerous mistakes during the purchase process to significant issues after returning the car, their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. After returning the car, the dealership failed to remove it from my name, resulting in toll fees and the cancellation of my driver’s license due to the car being uninsured under my name. Despite repeatedly warning them and asking for these issues to be resolved, they did nothing to fix the situation. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to address critical problems have caused me undue stress and financial burden. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this dealership. More
