I am so excited to share the great deal I was able to get with Rudy at Doral Hyundai. He went above and beyond to help us with the extras to prep our new vehicle. There were wait times in the process, but the showroom was very busy. To me, this means they sell cars frequently so I took it as a good sign. The wait was not anything new or different than you would expect at many dealerships. Just be prepared for it. The service was of a good quality as expected although it took longer for just a change of oil and filter. I was just upset as I went to the dealer replying an email offer tio have this specific service for took longer for just a change of oil and filter. I was just upset as I went to the dealer replying an email offer tio have this specific service for a promotional cost of $49.99. When I asked for that promotion it was said that it was not available as they work only with synthetic oil and my cost would be of $150.00. I don't think that is correct as they should honor what they advertise and if they did not have the regular oil type they should make the promotional price for this other type of oil. That was a misleading propaganda from Doral Hyundai. More
