Ruby acted very quickly to line me up with a new-used car after my beloved 2006 Mini with 211,000+ miles reached the end of the road. The guys in Service ultimately had to call it. It was an overwhelming & e after my beloved 2006 Mini with 211,000+ miles reached the end of the road. The guys in Service ultimately had to call it. It was an overwhelming & exhausting experience because I had to act quickly but the Ramsey team proceeded like a fine tuned engine & I am happily driving my new-used Mini albeit with a different repair strategy going forward!!I will continue taking my car for dealer repairs because they are very attentive to me & my car's needs. I trust their assessments of when I need to make repairs. More
