From test drive to getting the keys, our experience, once again was excellent. We drove 5-6 different SUVs from their stocked preowned lot but ultimately went with another Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. Our previo again was excellent. We drove 5-6 different SUVs from their stocked preowned lot but ultimately went with another Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. Our previous Jeep had 185k miles and not one issue in the 10 yrs we owned it! Of course the 2025 model is larger and obviously updated! We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Bowen,our sales associate was polite, knowledgable and very accommodating. Rubin in financing was efficient, explained everything precisely without any pressure. We left with a brand new Jeep that I hope lasts for another 185,000 miles! Hayes family dealership treats you just like family!. More
