This was my first time leasing a new vehicle, and Ruben at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! I don’t know much about cars, so truthfully, I was overwhelmed and nervous that the finance and at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! Ruben was incredibly knowledgeable and organized, answering all of my questions and ensuring I had a clear understanding of every step of the process. He has even called to follow up with me multiple times to make sure I am happy with my new vehicle and not having any issues. Talk about great service!
