First, the car was priced around $3000 less than other dealerships and we only received about $500 less than we expected for our trade. The interest rate was fabulous and we were never lied to at any time. Furthermore, after the sale, some promises were made by the dealership to be fulfilled at a later date. Mr. Bernard answered all of our e-mails and phone calls until we were completely satisfied. We were kind of worried after reading the multitude of negative feedback reviews; however, it really boils down to the integrity of the salesperson. Throughout our entire vehicle purchase, Mr. Bernard treated us with respect and courtesy. If you're looking for someone honest when searching for a new Ford, ask for Mr. Bernard.
