Overall, I had a good experience and got a fair (not great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. They stayed true to their word and fixed a few issues after purchase -- but I was persistent (to t great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. My one major gripe is the $1,000 GPS "security" system they add to all their cars. There is no way to opt-out since it's already installed. More
