I have purchased from Lithia for over 25 years. I, however, have never owned a Jeep. To say I am in love with my Jeep, is an understatement. The service department is wonderful. Please do not think I am being weird but they use the nicest hand soap in the washroom. None of that really cheap stuff! Ruben sold me my Jeep. I adore Tony and he said Ruben would take great care of me. He did! I won't go anywhere else. It is about the whole circle - sales, service, and hand soap! More
