I purchased a used vehicle from Curry Honda and had to travel from another nearby state to get to it. Roy Neal went the extra mile to ensure that every last question I had about the car was answered before making the long drive down. He was patient, professional, and very intentional throughout the entire process. When I arrived, he and his entire team greeted me with such kindness, and ensure all of my lingering questions were properly addressed. I initially went to this dealership to purchase a Honda CRV. When I got to the dealership I learned that this particular vehicle was sold earlier that day. Mr Roy Neal showed me and my brother a 2018 Lexus CRV. When I got to the dealership I learned that this particular vehicle was sold earlier that day. The purchase of my vehicle was seamless and easy due to the efforts of my salesperson, Roy Neal. Unfortunately, I had to come back to the dealership two additional times to have a couple repairs complete the efforts of my salesperson, Roy Neal. Unfortunately, I had to come back to the dealership two additional times to have a couple repairs completed that should have been caught when it went through service, although Daniel Obando in service worked very diligently to make sure I was taken care of.
