I’m very disappointed, I made an appointment for Friday my only day off and they told me they didn’t have an appointment under my name my appointment was made for 9:30, I spend the whole day till 4 or 4:30 my only day off and they told me they didn’t have an appointment under my name my appointment was made for 9:30, I spend the whole day till 4 or 4:30, no communication in between I had to ask Mr Wiggins and he didn’t know any progress on the car, I took my car for a recall, and I ended up needing a new engine, Mr. Wiggins was unsympathetic, had an answer for everything in his favor or the company, at times talking to me like I’m stupid, in a few words blaming me for not bringing the car in time, I have been so busy, I bought another vehicle from Ralph, I was treated very descent and I’m very happy with my car. This was the worse experience that I have had at Fiesta. The 3% charge for using a credit card! Plus the total lack of professionalism by Roy K.
