Clean facility and polite personnel. Service manager did a good job of delivering bad news about my sun roof, and doing a routine maintenance job while the van was there so my time was not completely wasted a good job of delivering bad news about my sun roof, and doing a routine maintenance job while the van was there so my time was not completely wasted for having gone in for a repair that is not possible.
