THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP. 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVE 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET REPAIRED THE DOWNTOWN FELIX DEALERSHIP. . They charged me $800 to run a test while I was in distress. My car was towed in and I had to pay this fee in order for them to look at it. Later they presented me with an estimate of $16,000.00 for a repair that later only cost me $6k else wherever. They Charged me $800 plus to run a diagnostic test. Just DISGUSTING. It took the SERVICE MANAGER 2 months to call me back, he was not HEPFUL, WAS VERY RUDE AND tried to justify BAD BEHAVIOR. More

Said my car didn't have magnetic ride suspension, even though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on. They also returned my car 100x dirtier than I handed it though it's standard equipment on a Grand Sport. They don't know the cars they're working on. DEHUMANIZING EXPERIENCE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CHEVY PERIOD. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze and the engine light came on over the weekend, largely DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CHEVY PERIOD. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze and the engine light came on over the weekend, largely relating to the same issue that I had serviced at Felix just three months before! After making an appointment with Pierre to bring my car in, I was informed by Roxanna that I need to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee. This was not expressed by Pierre over the phone. What's bizarre is they you're told the issue may be covered by your warranty, but you cannot know unless you hand over money. The fact that I'm (or you) are covered by warranty is immaterial to the concerns of your local GM dealer and the corporate office. Extraordinarily poor warranty support. Avoid at all costs. More

Disappointing Gave the service place 2 stars, just because they are all very friendly and kind. That's the only reason. Went there on Saturday morning cause i thought i had a flat tire, and - didn't get my spare key for the car i bought 4 months ago. I was there for almost 3 hours (!), just to find out that i do have a flat tire, but i need to go and look for a shop to fix it, cause they are not dealing with it (didn't know that before). And - for the spare key, after they took me to Fito, he kindly told me to wait in the lounge room, and he will take care of it. After an hour, i went and asked him how long do i need to wait more. Than, to my surprise, he told me that he did nothing yet, cause he is still waiting for my papers from the dealer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I was sitting there for an hour for nothing! You are still waiting for the papers? It is exactly 10 steps from his office. I could go and bring it if i just knew that he is still waiting for them. How more could i been sitting there hoping he is preparing my key, while he was really did nothing? After i was so upset to hear he did nothing for the last hour, he made a phone call, and they started to make my spare key and remote, but than i needed to wait for another hour. I was so disappointed , so frustrated. I had so much stuff to do in Saturday morning, but i was stuck there for 3 hours, for nothing. They could told me they are not dealing with flat tire the minute i arrived, and - prepare my spare key and remote 4 months ago. That was a huge huge different experience from the one i had when i bought the car at the dealer. More
