After dozens of visits to this dealership, I had my first bad experience. I identified a problem with my drivers armrest. The ‘technicians’ analysis was they couldn’t help with the problem and would require bad experience. I identified a problem with my drivers armrest. The ‘technicians’ analysis was they couldn’t help with the problem and would require additional padding or replacement by a third party. The car is six months old. After requesting to be shown where the replacement padding was needed, another person came over and found the problem and almost immediately identified a solution. She stated the leather required a little leather cleaner, applied it, the amazingly the problem was resolved. I was very unhappy that the first recommendation was to find a third party upholstery shop, spend probably crazy $$, and the service manager accepted that as a solution to send me out the door. Although my problem was resolved, there was no effort to demonstrate concern until I forced the issue. More
