We compared BMW models side by side, I test drove the models I was interested in and even took the car I ultimately purchased to a competitor's lot to compare the competitor's car side by side to the BMW. There was no comparison to the styling and options offered by the BMW. I met the sales manager who made me feel welcomed and treated me as though I had been a long time customer. The Finance Manager (Roshan) was extremely patient and professional. Unfortunately, Toyota Financial never submitted the release of lien to DMV on my trade-in vehicle which had been paid off last year. It took a couple of days and a few phone calls to resolve this issue. Roshan continued with the transaction without hesitation even though DMV records depicted the lien on the trade in vehicle. Finally, I was given an appointment to return to the dealership with my new vehicle for an orientation on the how to use the myriad of options and get the best use of the vehicle's technology. Bryan met my wife and I in the reception area. Just as we had experienced with everyone else at the dealership he was very professional. He was thoroughly knowledgeable on the vehicle and easily answered all of our questions. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime and this was by far the best experience and actually enjoyable. More

I live in southern Utah, found the car online, called the dealership. The sales department was great as I could not get to California for about 10 days, they were willing to hold the vehicle till then. I co dealership. I communicated that I was going to put one third down and finance the rest, I gave them everything that they needed to have the paperwork ready when I arrived. I flew into Bakersfield at 1pm assuming that I would be able to drive away in an hour or so after signing the paperwork. No such luck, nothing was done and it took another four plus hours go get everything done! Not happy with the finance side of this business. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was by far the worst experience that I have had.. I am happy with the vehicle and the price, not the finance side of the business. More
