Rose was very prompt in greeting me when I entered the show room. She was very attentive and helped me find what I was looking for. She was patient and wasn’t pushy at all. I also appreciated that she made an effort to fill the down time, while I waited for finance; reviewing options, offering the amenities, programming my phone with the app. It made everything much less painful.
