Rose was really great. We had originally planned to buy a car that had some external blemishes, and the dealership agreed to try to fix them, which they did. Rose called us when the work was done to let us know she recommended we see the vehicle again before finalizing the sale. We did so, and we ultimately determined that we no longer wanted to purchase it. If she had not given us the heads up, we would have had it delivered, and we would have been stuck with a car with which we were not totally satisfied. Instead, we ended up buying a different, newer car, which Rose helped us with as well. We loved the fact that we got to work with her from start to finish. We would definitely buy there again. More
