Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. F When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Finally, they said it's done. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More

Great service, as usual My husband lost his key to my car. I called Windward Honda to see what we needed to do to replace. I was able to make an appointment. I was told the a My husband lost his key to my car. I called Windward Honda to see what we needed to do to replace. I was able to make an appointment. I was told the appointment would take about 1.5 hours, and was given an estimate. While they were working on the key, I took a walk. Just as I was about to turn into their parking lot, they called to say my car/key was ready, sooner than promised! It was perfect timing. To complete the happy experience, they told me the re-keying was covered under my extended warranty. Fixed before I expected, and no charge... Does it get any better? More

Quick, and friendly The customer service is friendly. They were fast to perform service. Only pause was they did not do all service. They didn't rotate tires because they we re e new, and didn't change wipers because they were not Honda brand. The only reason i think they did this was to save me money which I appreciate. More

75% good service I would have given a 5 star rating but I was upset that 3 different employees told me 3 different things in where to leave the car before the oil chan I would have given a 5 star rating but I was upset that 3 different employees told me 3 different things in where to leave the car before the oil change. The employees should communicate with each other in what they told the customer so they don’t confuse and frustrate the customer in what to do. One employee said I could leave the car in the entry way near the office. Another said I would have to move the car and the 3rd person said I could park it where the other cars that were to be serviced were. To make things more complicated, there was a food truck parked in the driveway so that added to the confusion. Other than that, I had good customer service and I really like the free car wash. More

As busy as the express service dept. was, they took the time to guide me where to park First maintenance service for my 2018 Accord and it went great. As busy as the express service dept. was, they took the time to guide me where to park, directed me to the office and within 35 mins I was back out the door and in my car.
