Called Rosalyn on a Sunday, talked with Saif, drove 3 hours to Little Rock the next day and received delivery of the new car. It was easy and reasonable. Ironically, there are TWO Mercedes dealerships in hours to Little Rock the next day and received delivery of the new car. It was easy and reasonable.
