1st saleperson tarnished my image of Walser. Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. Heard comments like "well it is a used car" when i saw deep scratches Sassy, argumentative, condescending, didnt feel like she was here to help me. She did show us the braking feature but knew we were irritating her due to being close to closing- i had cash and was ready to buy, but had to return 3x. Felt like she wasnt being honest and never on my team. Luckily for Walser, Rosalie redeemed the sale situation. Things got messed up on our clear bra. So that sucked. But I know it wasn't the Lexus service department directly, it was the contractor used to do the job. Erick and Rosalie are great. Tony is not. I have bought 9 cars for this dealership. It used to truly carry the fundamental aspect of what made Lexus great. Service. That's not th Tony is not. The last car I bought (LC 500) was delivered dirty and we got NO help with infotainment. I watched YouTube to learn most of it. Lexus always makes good cars. That's why I buy them, but the dealer experience is more like a Kia or Nissan dealership. I had heard that he ownership had never owned a luxury dealership before and man does it show. I will still buy Lexus vehicles, but probably from Tulsa or Oklahoma City. 6 of my Lexus purchased here were from when I lived out of town and even out of state. I didn't have to come here, but I did because the service was that good. I can get the current level of service from way less dealerships. Ask the sales team about the leadership. If they're honest, they will tell you what they have shared with me. This place is bleeding loyal customers. I hope this helps. More
