Don't bother you will never get a straight or truthful answer from any of them. It has been a nightmare and will tell everyone to never use them. I was told from the beginning it wouldn't take more than a answer from any of them. It has been a nightmare and will tell everyone to never use them. I was told from the beginning it wouldn't take more than a week and would get a call midweek with updates. Never got a call once even after leaving three different messages begging for a call back. Had to finally ask for a manager and instead of apologizing, all he did was give me complete lies for excuses. He tried to blame on insurance company delays even though they were the ones who finally let me know what was going on and they okayed the work that afternoon. Two weeks later after extending rental two different times paying $500 in total, I go and finally pick it up. When trying to pull out of parking spot the door ajar alarm kept dinging, so I went back in. After an hour wait they tell me they figured out the problem and are npw just reinstalling the door. 45min later I ask again what the delay is, I am than told they are still trying to figure it out. I than told him what I was told before that it was already found, he then changed his story to it takes a long time to reinstall a door. I find this funny cause I watched a UTube video while sitting there on how to reinstall the door and the video was 15min long. So after making sure to plan ahead of time to get to my daughter's final track meet ever cause it's her senior year, I have now missed it. Now I am worried about getting to the daycare in time to pickup my other daughter before they close. To top it off with a cherry, that night I noticed that while they were trying to fix the door they broke and couldn't, they dented and scratched up my van worse than what I originally brought it in for. This has been a nightmare from day one. I have never used such an irresponsible company in my life where the so called management argues with you when you have pointed out their errors that you would have to be blind to go unnoticed instead of just apologizing for their many mistakes. I understand mistakes cause everybody makes them but until you admit it to yourself, the issues will persist and continue to get worse. Save yourself, go anywhere else but here. It's to late for me, so don't make the same mistake. More

Even though the guys here were nice they do not keep you informed of what's going on. We were told 3 weeks to repair our car one piece was on back order so we understood more time was needed, but come on 8+ informed of what's going on. I had to call up there multiple times and the customer service is a joke. Also had to take my car in the very next day because my turn signal still didn't work. I hope to never have to need their services again. More

Paid attention to details,and worked with Progressive Insurance. Kept me informed weekly. Matched the white paint. Insisted on high standards by not reconditioning my damaged rim.
