Very disappointed in this dealership. I was sold a beautiful 2019 Mazda CX-5 with just over 61,000 miles. Mechanically this car is fully compromised including a severe problem with the tr I was sold a beautiful 2019 Mazda CX-5 with just over 61,000 miles. Mechanically this car is fully compromised including a severe problem with the transmission. I heard a slight noise the day of purchase..like a soft "chirping" sound when the transmission was going through the gears at low speed. After driving it less than a 80 miles and owning for a little over 2 weeks I took the car to the Mazda dealership in Daytona Beach and had it diagnostically checked out. Turns out the noise was a broken torque converter. The fee for parts and labor was $5,675. I called Buick GMC in Fruitland park, Fl. and they were not at all interested in any kind of responsibility or support- or for that matter even looking at the car! Beware of this shady dealership and if you're buying a used car be sure and have it diagnostically checked out before you pay your hard earned money and get burned! Ronnie was my salesperson and I must say he was a very nice guy. The problem is the management at this store clearly is of low integrity. More

They take horrible photos, was in a rush because I needed to get my daughter off the school bus so I called and set everything up before going there and I get there to look at the truck and the body is absol to get my daughter off the school bus so I called and set everything up before going there and I get there to look at the truck and the body is absolutely destroyed which I mentioned multiple times and all they did was take $150 for a alignment. Honestly super disappointed and feel like I got robbed. Traded in my brand new 2024 for a 2018 that the body was completely destroyed on. Do your research before going there. Ronnie was great though More
