So much could be said about Mr. Ruff but I will try to keep it simple. He is Amazing! He welcomed me with a genuine smile and wasted no time getting to the matter at hand, purchasin Ruff but I will try to keep it simple. He is Amazing! I thought I knew what I wanted when I got there but as we test drove some vehicles they did not meet my standards. Mr. Ruff was not only patient with me during this process but he paid attention to what I really wanted and worked tirelessly to accommodate my request. He provided suitable recommendations while discussing minor concerns with his management to ensure my full satisfaction. I walked out a happy customer.
