He listened to my description of the problems, got me a loaner, and promised me a follow-up Ron did a great job from the moment I walked in the door. He listened to my description of the problems, got me a loaner, and promised me a follow-up later in the day. When he called as promised, he described all of the issues found with my car, let me know that there were TSBs out for most of them, and explained my options for the normal wear items that needed to be addressed. When I returned to pick up my car, he had everything ready for me, and got me on my way quickly. Fortunately the big ticket items were covered under warranty, and I have no idea what the service will be like when I am paying my own way, but when the time comes to address something else on my 2014 MDX, I will give Ramsey a try ... More
