Ron treated me with great respect and laughed at all my jokes and helped me feel confident I was making a wise decision in purchasing my new KIA Soul. Not once did I feel as if I was doing Ron a favor purchasing my KIA from him. I told Ron of my past experience with dealerships and their service departments. Ron took me to the service department and introduced me to Jeremy Lawhun, Service Advisor. I explained to them, for me, the service department is what makes or breaks a dealership. I explained to Jeremy I expected to be taken seriously and treated with respect, not like I'm a stupid woman. I drive the car, I know if something is right. Jeremy assured me he understood where I was coming from and I believed him. But time will tell. Thanks again to Ron for his service. More

It was a Used Kia Forte5 Hatchback and the salesman Ron and I took it out for a test drive. When we returned the manager had already figured that with everything considered a NEW 2017 payment wise wouldn't be much different.
