Still the best place to take your vehicle. Oil changes, need new tires or to rotate old tires , brakes....they do it all. No pressure sales people. Looking at new F150's now. Typically, excellent service, with friendly helpful people (I've met one exception). Allie in Quick Lane was very nice this week, and the wait was not very long. My only real gripe is how long it takes people (I've met one exception). Allie in Quick Lane was very nice this week, and the wait was not very long. My only real gripe is how long it takes to get a vehicle in for regular servicing and having to rent cars while it is in. More

I love Ron Q. But I have brought my 2022 Escape in twice now for an “update” on my radio. This last time they had me car for a week. Got it back and it was dirty, But I have brought my 2022 Escape in twice now for an “update” on my radio. This last time they had me car for a week. Got it back and it was dirty, and the time on my clock was wrong. Kyle had me confused with another customer and had my paperwork incorrect. I have purchased 3 cars from Ron in 4 years. I have been a loyal customer and had all my service for all my cars done at your dealership. I am disappointed at the lack of customer service I received. More
