Kristeen, Your satisfaction is always important to us. We haven’t washed service vehicles in over three years, due to lack of staffing. We service over 600 vehicles per week and that is a lot of extra cars to wash. I have some car wash vouchers that you are welcome to. I spoke with Kyle. He did not mistake you for another customer, he just mistakenly input the information as customer pay, instead of warranty. So, he had to quickly, reprint the invoice. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to stop by, we can reset the clock, if you haven’t already, and we will fill your tank for you. You purchased the vehicle from us under the pretense that your Credit Union would give you a certain interest rate based on your relationship with them. However, your CU did not give you the rate that you thought they would so your payment increased. You blamed us for that increase and in your sales survey to Ford, you stated, that you wished you could rescind your vehicle purchase and give the vehicle back. We read that survey and called you to simply give you the option to rescind. You declined our offer. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to me.
