After visiting the dealership, I discovered for myself that the real reason for this is due to the incredible people they have there like Gareth Grandt! This was my first new car purchase, but not my first dealership to visit. Gareth was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He has a clear passion for Toyota and the excellent quality and reliability in the vehicles they produce. Whereas other dealership experiences have felt like the sales people are just looking to make a sale on whatever they can, Gareth listened to my situation and what I was looking for, and was very patient in our conversation to help me work out what was best for me. My experience was even more positive and stress free than I could imagine. I love the car I bought and I'm thankful Gareth was there to guide me along the way to finally pulling the trigger on purchasing my first brand new vehicle. I'd recommend Toyota of Cedar Park over any other dealership hands down, and if you do go, make sure to ask to work with Gareth Grandt! More

My checklist for a car was beyond long; however, Ron WIthout a doubt, Ron P. will be the one that I recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota. My checklist for a car was beyond long; however, Ron managed to locate multiple 4Runners that met all my criteria. He listened to my desires about safety features, he gave detailed information about every feature during each test drive, he would share the differences between trim packages between the features on each vehicle that I drove. His knowledge and familiarity of the trim packages for Toyotas was marvelous for those that are unfamiliar. I never could have dreamed of having such a wonderful car and Ron P. found it for me! I have to mention that I brought my parents with me and Ron P. made sure that he answered ALL our questions. He made the entire experience a joy and breeze. Ron P. has the best sense of humor and so personable and welcoming. The three of us are still raving about how wonderful and fun our time with Ron P. was while finding the perfect Toyota. Cristal was very accommodating helping schedule my dealership appointments despite my fluctuating schedule especially given the massive volume of business they do. Ron was very respectful, easy going and professional, as well as pro active in getting inventory lined up to try out. Unfortunately his "team leader" leader who didn't identify his title when meeting me swooped in during this process, and gave off an oily used car salesman vibe" he acted like everything he did justified his role in interrupting the sales process with Ron was bringing value, when in fact Ron had already attended to the same things already. Not sure if this "good cop/bad cop" dynamic is status quo when delivering an appalling appraisal estimate of my cars trade in value but I could have done without that guys existence during my visit at Toyota Cedar Park More
