Best car buying experience ever. The salesman, Ron Mobley, was exceptional. He was very professional but personable at the same time. He listened to our needs, took action and my son The salesman, Ron Mobley, was exceptional. He was very professional but personable at the same time. He listened to our needs, took action and my son and I left with a new Kia Soul. Never once did he make us feel pressured, that we weren't being listened to, or that we didn't matter. He gave us 100% total customer service. Everyone at the dealership was so professional, personable, not over bearing and just a staff of people who seemed to love what they do. I would 100% recommend you next Kia from Jackson Kia. More

I bought a Kia Sportage over the weekend and had a great time buying my car there. The customer service was excellent, they worked with me to meet my price range and Ron was awesome! Went in for a new vehicle, they marked up the price by 10,000 over MSRP, then states the only way to get the price at MSRP is if you purchase our 4000 package, then proceeded to put many markups and fees 10,000 over MSRP, then states the only way to get the price at MSRP is if you purchase our 4000 package, then proceeded to put many markups and fees that were way overpriced. I'm assuming because we were a young couple they could nickel and dime everything out of us. The manager was extremely rude and unable to work with us when we brought it up to him, the salesman was extremely nice and pleasant to work with but will not be going back to this dealership ever again it needs to be shut down. More

I spoke with 3 people at this dealer and all of them said they would speak to their manager about pricing after I gave them what I was willing to pay, which was very reasonable. No one ever got back to me so they would speak to their manager about pricing after I gave them what I was willing to pay, which was very reasonable. No one ever got back to me so I purchased from city Kia at my asking price instead. They did not even acknowledge that I had trucar pricing so their market adjustment was crazy high. I don’t know anyone who would actually buy a car with those markups, but it worked out for me in the end with another dealership. More
