I went in not knowing what I was going to Buy. ..Ron was my salesman. I had talked to him earlier on the phone. No, hard sales, just very informational. It was incredibly difficult to purchase the car we wanted. At one point Ron lied to us telling us he would release the car we had been waiting months for to the public because he had made a mistake on wanted. At one point Ron lied to us telling us he would release the car we had been waiting months for to the public because he had made a mistake on the paperwork and our check had not arrived. It felt very much like he was trying to create a situation where we would be forced to get financing through the dealership. When we spoke with the manager we were informed that Ron had not been honest with us and that the car would not be put out to the public. We certainly had a positive experience with the dealership overall once we were transferred to a different sales agent. I would just suggest to other potential customers to not work with Ron based on our experience. More
