We bought our 4th Nissan from St Charles Nissan and Ron Martin was our salesperson. The process was simple & stress free. 5 stars just isn't enough for Ron and the dealership. I came into St Charles Nissan not expecting to drive off the lot with a car today. I did not know Ron before coming here but after meeting him I felt like he was family. He was so friendly , funny and god o the lot with a car today. I did not know Ron before coming here but after meeting him I felt like he was family. He was so friendly , funny and god oriented. We had a few things in common with his prior work history being in law enforcement. He helped me get into a car I was not even expecting to qualify for. Ron Martin was AMAZING & helped this whole process got as smooth as possible. Ron went above & beyond for me, even coming in on his day off to assist me through to the end!!! I came in to look at cars and fo smooth as possible. Ron went above & beyond for me, even coming in on his day off to assist me through to the end!!! I came in to look at cars and found out while I was there that the engine on my current car basically was going to blow up & almost completely dead. It was completely meant to be & Ron was my guardian angel the day I bought my Hyundai Palisade. The GM was awesome, Aaron in finance department was amazing. Ron and the whole team made me a customer for life!!! From here on out, Ron will be the only person I ever buy a car from again!!! More

Ron was great. This truly was the shortest experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. We communicated through email, and once I got to the deale This truly was the shortest experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. We communicated through email, and once I got to the dealership, he had the truck ready to go for me to test drive. From the time I got to the dealership to the time I left with my new truck was only about an hour and a half, and most of that was just waiting for the truck to be detailed.
