You have increased your service costs much higher than the other dealers in the tristate area. You’ve lost this customer at least for now. I traveled from NJ to PA to Purchase a new 2022 Acura MDX Type-S for my wife today. I traded in her 2020 Honda Accord on the MDX and financed with Davis Acura. Their rates are very competitive. Horrible. Put a deposit down for car, didn't tell me how I was getting back. I had to call and find out I was getting a a check back. Upcharged me for trade in and gave me less than what my car was worth. Does not return calls. Unable to get ahold of dealer who facilitated trade. They pretend to be nice but then avoid you. Took my business to another dealer. Do not buy or trade cars there and do not bother getting service done. They also never answer the phone. You are forwarded to an answering service. More
