My first experience with Biggers Mazda occurred today when looking to purchase a car for my son. David, our sales consultant, was friendly and really new the details of the Mazda 3. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our pricing discussion with Ron the GM was painless with no games. The dealership went out of their way to move fast in preparing the car and moving through the paperwork. David did a nice job with the delivery process and vehicle training. This was the "easiest" purchase of a vehicle I've had, and I feel great about the purchase. More

Usually, I walk into a dealership after looking through the car's brochure and know more about the vehicle than the salesman. That was definitely NOT the case here. David took me through every aspect of the vehicle from first-hand knowledge, not just spewing specs. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for on the lot. Ron was able to find one at another dealership and had it on-site in less than 24 hours. They prepped the car with great attention to detail and then made sure that I understood how all of the features worked and answered any questions I had before I drove away. More
