My salesman was awesome, he was straight to the point and didn’t try to add anymore items that would increase the price. He made my experience easy and pressure free. He is an excellent salesman and totally changed my opinion of car salesmen. Ron, I did not have a good experience with him. I found out, in my paperwork. That I purchased the warranty outright. When he did not tell me that was the case. He told me it would be like $14 dollars a month for the warranty. Not that my down payment money was being taken away and used towards the warranty. So how I have a higher payment because the 3 grand is unaccounted for. I reached out to the warranty company and canceled. So I’m hoping that the 3 grand comes back to me. Not very happy with the way my financing situation went down, not at all. And I will not be back to Basney for as long as Ron is the head of financing. Really soured my experience of purchasing a car. I will let others know, and I will warn them of Ron’s tactics. More

Matt Maurer was my sales representative and he did a wonderful job. I would gladly return to work directly with Matt whenever I need a vehicle. My experience was great with him but while standing in the dealership, I believe it was the sales manager who was yelling at the top of his lungs with his door open creating a very uncomfortable experience (scaring my wife) and I believe he was screaming at Matt. This is very unprofessional for what should be a professional environment. Matt walked back contained but with a red face and continued to help us. Matt is an ethical and integrity driven man among small men who choose to degrade and scream in order to display power. The car operates flawlessly, Matt was able to help me understand the value in purchasing with Basney Honda which ultimately led me to finding my way back to your dealership. Matt went out of his way to bring the vehicle to me at my place of work. What an exceptional effort on his part. I gave the dealership a 5 star simply for Matt’s performance.
