I recently went to Casey to get some info and possibly look at a 2023 Highlander. I had the unfortunate experience of having Ron Lassiter as my sales person. He seemed a lot more interested in talking to his girlfriend or wife on the phone then speaking with me. He repeatedly took calls (we could tell it was not a customer) outside leaving us just sitting there. We were so turned off by this we just left without saying anything to him. Ended up buying a beautiful Highlander from a Toyota dealership in Richmond! More

I was rushed the same day at another dealership where I had to bring it back the same day before closing. I’d make the drive a thousand times before giving my purchase to some of the arrogant, non responsive dealerships out there. Casey is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. David made my experience a non pressure great interaction. To sum things up, Casey listens to you and provides what you want, instead of trying to ram things that would benefit them down your throat! A Superb Buying Experience Ron Lassiter, sales consultant, was very knowledgable about all of the various models of the Prius. He understood my needs and asked about my driving habits. He quickly picked the model that was best for me. We went on a test drive where he explained all of the vehicle's features. I was amazed at the Prius's pep, space and comfort. I loved everything about the car, but preferred a different exterior color. Ron said it would be no problem finding what I wanted. By next week, I will be the proud owner of a 2015 Prius V and at the price I wanted to pay. BTW, it comes with 2 years free maintenance. It will be special because it isn't just any Prius....it is a CASEY TOYOTA PRIUS!!! I recommend Casey Toyota and Ron Lassiter to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle. More

I had a deplorable credit score and dreaded walking into the dealership where they would see my "dirty laundry" and just how poorly I had handled my finances. I began with the Finance Dept and I am so glad I did! I was treated with dignity and respect and immediately put at ease about my situation. It took less than 24 hours for Carlos to find me a lender. I was able to purchase a vehicle with a manageable payment. I did not have all the choices I wanted but I was able to upgrade from a 2004 to a 2012 vehicle with only 18,000 miles on it! :) I was also assured that my credit would improve with consistent payments on time and if I wanted to trade this vehicle in for the car of my choice in 9-12 months they would be there to work with me!! I am so grateful. I was so relieved. I can't wait to get my vehicle. More
